Having taken some lessons a few years earlier with 2 different instructors, I had a decent idea of what to expect in a good driving instructor. Mark raised the bar. A really grounded and patient guy, he was able to explain and teach the key driving skills in such a way as to relate to my own learning style (a true rarity in an instructor).
